Worst managed facility I’ve rented from in a very long time. Manager has coveted my items, created a situation to be able to lock my items away from me, and is now trying to keep them for himself. Biggest mistake I’ve made was renting from this location.

It was simple and easy to work with this company. Ordering was online, contract signing online, payment online. Then the rock and a welcome kit was put in my unit. The code to get through the gates was sent through my email.
