If I had a truck, I would have removed my items and looked for something else. I requested one unit 10 x 10 and ended up with one unit and one I have no access to. The mistake was probably mine because when I signed up, I reserved a 10 x 10. Later on, I went ahead and paid for a unit, thinking it was the reserved one, and I ended up with a second one. Your employee didn't seem the least bit interested in helping me. When I asked about a lock, he said they had them available for purchase, never mentioning he had already put a new lock just outside the unit. When I asked about ending up with a second unit, he just told me to go online. Now, I don't even know for sure how to access my unit, since the PIN it gave me was apparently temporary! I'll try to fix it on your website but I'm really frustrated.

Clean organized facility but the best part was dealing with Adrian! Super pleasant knowledgeable and helpful. He is the standard that all employees and people should meet!

The price our unit continued to climb during our rental. The price became way too much. When we started it was approximately $129 a month it quickly went to $159, then when cube smart took over it went to $177 which was more than it was worth to store our items. When you notified me the new monthly price would be $216 for our unit it confirmed our decision to end our rental. The property on the other hand is excellent, very clean generally, little or no concern of thievery, the unit was clean, decent, the swamp cooler kept the temperature decent. Had it not been for the raised prices, we loved the property.
