They billed for for the unit 15 days early because they said fill out paperwork and we will hold it for you until the 17th. Once paperwork was signed it started the billing period 15 days early.

Too expensive was ok at 1st then doubled in price then tripled again n I only been there a few months

Recently rented a unit, the staff was extremely helpful and went the extra mile. Happy to be renting a unit here while it’s needed.

The prices are the highest around! The threats on late payments were out of control and stressful in a very stressful time. I was constantly afraid I’d be locked from my space. This company is GREEDY!

Considering I only had storage for about 3 to 4 months and my storage was supposed to be $64 and change, but charged $87 I let it go as it was perfect size and location. But I come to find out that my rate went up by looking on the app. I was never notified on increase to my storage. Supposedly they mailed information which I never received. Not even an email. I immediately went to my storage clear what little I had and cut ties vacating storage. It was super upsetting not to be advise of upcharge.

Horrible customer service. Our unit was broken into twice with zero concern from office staff and managers. At the same time multiple units were broken into, come to find out we’re all recently moved into with insurance coverage which tells me this could be inside job which is very concerning!!

Had a good experience using the storage unit for 5 years. No break-ins always clean and cool the only reason I'm giving 9 stars instead of 10 is because they have people living in some of the units also the price increases
