You guys literally flooded my unit and ruined thousands of of gollars of merchandise just to say oh instance will cover it then be declined and me stuck with thousands of dollars in damaged items , you guys deserve a terrible 1 star on all platforms but I have a small unit with you guys still so I won’t post that to not have actual bad blood

The young lady that assistanted me was knowledgeable and professional. I liked her, I don't like dealing with alot people, especially young people because their customer service lack alot. But I was very comfortable with her i even complained a little and she didn't changed she kept her same genuine smile.

Storage was clean and very secured .
