Great place. Clean and well run. Gracie is fantastic.

The new staff is great but the old staff was terrible. Also, the location I was at really needs more carts for the renters. You have three carts and one of them doesn't even have a handle on it. There has been many times that I have gotten there and one person is moving a U-Haul truck in and they are using all three carts. And lastly, the rental raise is absolutely criminal.

prices rise every 4 months, exterior locks are non functional and make me feel unsafe, lack of carts for moving in hallways, broken cart only available, no prorate for my last months rent, you do not recycle locks

As soon as I rented the unit it went up $50.

You play the price increase game, after only a few months, which has grown tiresome and unacceptable. Your manager was great, but there are many storage places to choose from, so you lost me

Over all experience was good, soon after the price went way up..
