The customer service was good. I had no problems. I'm moving out because the rental fees were too much. I found a cheaper storage company

I have been paying for over the year extra $20 every month for insurance although I’ve explained to the office stuff that I wanted to use my home insurance instead. But they kept charging me every month for that.

Managers were very caring and efficient.

Cleanliness, Accessible, Easy Move in and Move out process.. only thing I’d recommend is getting new and better carts for people to use.

All of our items were stolen from the unit. Did police report and now working with Smart Care. We thought this was a safe place to keep our valuable.

Very clean and new space, the air conditioned spaces were a big plus. Moving out of the space was fairly easy as well and the front desk assistants were friendly and helpful! I would give this a score of a 10 except the price of the unit kept going up every few months which I felt wasn't fair, as we have had the space for over 5 years since when that location had first opened, I feel we should have been grandfathered into the initial price we were paying when we began renting the unit. Other than that, we had a good experience.

The women at the front desk, Wendy and Karita are wonderful to work with. They made my experience with Cubesmart enjoyable. I would still recommend Cubesmart even though in the first year they raised my storage fee. That I didn't really care for as a 67 year old person on a budget. The customer service helped.

Super easy to understand and set up online!

I have had a storage there almost 7 years. In that time there have been multiple break ins. My storage has gone up at least twice. The personnel while some where nice others were incompetent.

The price was greatAnd good access to my storage and every. One was always very helpful that worked there.
