Overall a good facility and location was good for where we lived. It pretty much became a matter of cost in deciding to move to another storage unit. Management did a good job in keeping the areas clean and on several visits found her (Gracie) "walking the halls".It would be nice to have more & better carts for bringing our storage items in-and-out. But I've also see how these things get beat up by wreckless tenants.

Gracie was your employee that rented me the space and she was there when I moved out. Great service both times !! Very friendly too.

All the personal at this location has always been helpful and pleasant. From the day I opened the storage to the day I cleared my storage and the price is reasonable

I have been paying for over the year extra $20 every month for insurance although I’ve explained to the office stuff that I wanted to use my home insurance instead. But they kept charging me every month for that.
