While the facility and automated access was well done, buyer beware. I moved out a day after my payment was made and none of it was returned. How disappointing.

The security there is terrible. Our unit was burglarized. We have heard there have been multiple break-ins.Trying to get information was basically non-existent. The staff (manager) is not helpful. We haved complained about not enough carts multiple times. We have complained about the broken back door multiple times. I highly recommend a different facility.

Survey Response:I am extremely dissatisfied with CubeSmart. My son’s storage unit was broken into, and all of his belongings were stolen. That alone is devastating and unacceptable, but what adds insult to injury is receiving an email after the break-in stating that my monthly payment will be increased yet again.Not only did CubeSmart fail to provide adequate security for the unit, but your business also refuses to take responsibility for the loss. Where is the accountability? Clients are losing valuable and personal items, and instead of support or compensation, you raise prices.You’ve lost several clients because of this, including myself. It’s not just about stolen items — it’s about how poorly the situation was handled. Do better. Take responsibility instead of being wishy-washy and unaccountable.

Great clean facility. My belongings stayed safe and nothing was damaged. Easy access. Became very expensive as time went on.

It’s proximity to both my homes. The employees were always helpful when I had any questions or concerns.

Gracie was very kind and helpful, she answered all of our questions. The prices are reasonable with the specials they have going on.

When I switched from a large to small the lady there was very helpful with the transition and when I finally removed the rest of my items I got a quick email saying I was all set
