Ever since CubeSmart bought out The Storage at Summerlin, the rental price has skyrocketed. The prices are exorbitant and so I left for less expensive storage which are comparable to CubeSmart. CubeSmart offers no benefit to continue use nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Because I think I’ve been at that storage for approximately 20+ years and as soon as CubeSmart bought out, Summerlin storage you raise the prices not only a little bit but a crazy amount. It’s too bad it didn’t stay in Summerlin storage hands. Zero loyalty for long term renters

The manager was very nice and easy to work with. The location was close to our home. The facility is clean and secure.

I've never had the opportunity to deal with such a clean, safe, professional storage company such as this and I've used many.TJ at the front office is phenomenal help and a great source of info. Bravo CubeSmart!

efficient and professional

The ever increasing rate is the reason. It started out reasonable in the early $300's and ended up at $533 a month for the last three or so months.Place is clean, and staff is nice, but the rate changes are not great.
