Pretty easy to do business with you. However, your broken exit gate was a pain.

It has been a good service, but it could do a better job at helping clarify where storage will be located on the way to selecting which storage unit and location of storage facility.

It was a great experience, had gone to a lot of other units at various places in Las Vegas. The courtesyof Mark, the store manager helped me out quite a bit since I'm having a relative ..move from California to Las Vegas and there's a lot of little things that needed to be done. TJ and MARK do a great job…that said, the physical security at the location SUCKS!!! Our storage unit was broken into TWICE!!! There are no internal cameras and the four doors into the actual building are unlocked 24/7. If you get into the external lot you can gain access into the internal units 24/7

We had a unit at this facility even prior to Cube Smart taking over. TJ and the other staff have always been helpful and were especially so in helping us transfer to a different bigger unit.
