Classic raise the rental rate a few months in. I know it is industry practice but it is so unfortunate. We ended up moving to a storage space closer to our home with guaranteed no rate change for a year.

Great storage facility

Because you kept raising my storage fee until it was almost twice the advertised rate on your web page.

Threading would be higher if there was a way to pay at any CubeSmart location instead of just specifically one. I also had an issue with the payment being rejected when I wasn't able to pay a partial payment which was the late portion of the fee causing it to be very stressful for me to have to gather the entire amount in order to not have my storage sold. This was very inconvenient. The move in and move out process was easy that is the reason for the rest of the reading.
