Where do I begin? Your increase prices without notification are ridiculous. Several units were broken into vandalize stuff stolen, including mine, I wasn’t notified by your on-site manager. Dealing with this entire situation still for a year now. Extremely extremely disappointed over the Security, or Locke, the RAV, and how this is being handled. Do NOT rent from them.

I feel there could always be some room for improvement. Storage is meant for short term is what I have gathered from talking to people in the office. It would seem beneficial to offer a long term for people that need to store for more than 6 months. I was unaware of this and when prices went up by 20% and told the longer I am there the more I will pay seemed very strange to me.

Kind of expensive especially as my rates raised over $100 as my lease went on. Half of my things were damaged by what appeared to be a leak in my unit and I had to throw out a lot of my things.

The office manager was always so nice and smiling and happy she really made me feel like I was part of the family she was was a sweetheart

PREDATORY, NO NOTICE, ABSURD PRICE RAISES. I was a member here BEFORE CubeSmart took over. My EXACT unit was $282. Cubesmart came in and no-notice raised the rent over 230% to a current price of $671….a MONTH. A storage unit here cost more than a car payment. Cubesmart justifies this price with new red paint.Speaking of red paint. I happened to be at my unit while this painting was happening. I was harassed numerous times by the contracted painters that I had to leave or they’d spray my car. Not only is this company scum, the contractors they hire are too.Bathrooms are now locked, and you have to go get a key from the managers, who aren't there…hope you don’t have to poop! Used to be open access, now there are hours for access to YOUR stuff.Cubesmart came in and RUINED a reasonable honest storage company. This is my THIRD experience leaving a storage complex after being bought by Cubesmart. My last cubesmart experience had a homeless woman FULLY moved in and living in the unit next to mine.You can reasonably build yourself a shed with electric and AC on your property for less than a year at this CONJOB business.

Security was not good, my father's storage unit was broken into twice, and no security cameras present in the hallways to monitor.
