The new staff working the location I rented from was straight trash. Especially the big lady that’s the new manager. Rude, no interpersonal skills and they also didn’t do their job correctly. I went in the first week of September to pay my balance in full and inform them I was ending my contract and moving my things out that same weekend. They failed to do the close out paperwork and kept my account open as if I was still renting. They had to cut the lock open to let us get our stuff out because we didn’t remember the lock code, and they still tried to charge me for the month of October. I called them to ask why I’m getting emails and text msgs saying I’m late paying my bill when I haven’t been a customer since the first week of September. They emailed my the closing documents and incorrectly dated them for November 05th, making it seem as if I was still using a storage there when I hadn’t since the first week of September. Attempted to call to make sure I’m not being billed when I didn’t have a unit there and they still haven’t followed up with me.

8 years having my storage space with CubeSmart says it all. The facility was always clean and kept. The building was air conditioned and was always made aware of policy changes to storage. Mangers were always helpful.

Manager was super friendly and always a tentative to any questions or concerns
