I have a small storage unit at your Maryland location. I have not moved anything into it yet since I am in a wheelchair but have been autopaying for it.W/o informing me the Maryland location yesterday shut down my storage in violation of the contract. My son who is NOT the owner of my storage, apparently closed my acct w/o my permission. The defensive unapologetic rude lady at the storage did. that, totally violating my rights as an acct holder, not even bothering to call to get my permission.She told me to talk to my son & as I was scolding him she hung up on me.was notnotto get

Frequent price increases are why I wouldn’t highly recommend
The unit was is not light. It never had lighting. It also did not have an operating air-cooled system. Although you had the best staff (Virginia/ Bill), it wasn't enough to keep me as a customer. The costs increases was a definite deterrent.

The employees were kind and helpful. We had a situation where our storage unit was broken into and there was significant damage and items stolen. It took approximately 2 months for the team to get the lock removed (it was jammed) and there was never an offer of reimbursement for lost time, despite multiple requests. Clearly profit over retention. Add that to the 300% monthly increase over the years, and the value was far from worth what was being paid.
