The units got broken into constantly and we weren’t ever told until quite a bit later, the price kept going up like crazy and there were no improvements being made to reflect that price increase. We also changed the name and contact info multiple times but the old contact info kept getting all of the info instead for some reason. Anyway, it was a place to hold our stuff, and that was the only thing that was done right.. kind of. Best wishes.

My storage was broken into and everything stolen literally 2 days after getting the storage unit. No one was there I believe it was an inside job and I’ve been Rob for very very valuable things.

Well, the reason I cancelled my storage was actually not your fault at all. Some kids broke into my RV and I decided to store it a home. BUT THEN.. After following all the rules and giving written notice, they charged me for another month anyway. BUT THEN, after I proved written notice well with in the rules of cancellation, Case # 1941533 they promised a refund. BUT THEN, after numerous attempts to get that refund they finally resolved that issue and promised again that I should now be getting a refund, new case # 1941857. BUT THEN here I am, after multiple long phone calls, multiple visits to the local office at the storage facility where I was told in person, and had to clarify that the same credit card that they have been auto billing for the past 3 years, is in fact the same card they should issue the refund to, I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE DAMN REFUND !!
