Great customer service, friendly staff. Great prices

Very easy to move in, pay monthly rent & safe. I had absolutely no issues with this storage place. Manager was extremely helpful & very sweet. I am really happy with my time at cubesmart.

My gate code didn't work the first few days and during this time my unit was broken into. I believe it was an inside job

Storage lock was cut and my belongings were almost all completely stolen. I didn’t know until I returned a few months late, nobody had warned me.

My storage was broken into and everything stolen literally 2 days after getting the storage unit. No one was there I believe it was an inside job and I’ve been Rob for very very valuable things.

The service was fast, easy and bill was incredible at helping me. I would recommend to all my family and friends.

Well, the reason I cancelled my storage was actually not your fault at all. Some kids broke into my RV and I decided to store it a home. BUT THEN.. After following all the rules and giving written notice, they charged me for another month anyway. BUT THEN, after I proved written notice well with in the rules of cancellation, Case # 1941533 they promised a refund. BUT THEN, after numerous attempts to get that refund they finally resolved that issue and promised again that I should now be getting a refund, new case # 1941857. BUT THEN here I am, after multiple long phone calls, multiple visits to the local office at the storage facility where I was told in person, and had to clarify that the same credit card that they have been auto billing for the past 3 years, is in fact the same card they should issue the refund to, I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE DAMN REFUND !!

Great location and service

Friendly staff, good access time compared to other storages in the area, convince of renting a unit and paying online, convient location to me, do not really have anything bad to say about it at moment.
