While I had little contact with anyone from CUBESMART the main reason for the less than stellar score is that as a loyal customer for 12 years I was rewarded with price increase after price increase culminating in a $522 monthly charge. When I inquired at another CUBESMART the price for the identical sized unit was $139. I felt abused by being charged an ever increasing fee when a new customer saved almost $400 PER MONTH! That’s absurd.

Nice and cleanness. Friendly staffers. Very good security place. I will tell my families and friends.
