Staff always nice...and helpful. The price is half of what I am paying for an exterior unit in Washington State.

I repeatedly tried to communicate with the location about the increasing price over the 2.5years I was a tenant, and wanted to know the process to stay within the complex but switch units to receive the new entry price again, as I needed about a year longer to store. They never responded with information about how to stay, and move units, or whether that was even possible. I ended up moving out of CubeSmart entirely, and have shared my very frustrating experience with my community.Paying upwards of $309 for a 10x10, no AC or temp control, is INSANE.
