Every time I seemed to show up during business hours no one was there. One time the male manager left at 4:30, to run errands, and the sign said he would return by 5:40. I know this because I spoke to him on the phone. I needed a cart which was in the office and I was moving out because the prices just keep going up. When I would call the office at morning or afternoon no one was available. I will never go back to CubeSmart again. I actually found a brand new storage, convenient location, for a lot less and if someone was out of the office you can press the button and it calls the next location, which was right up the street, and if you needed help they would just close up shop and run up the street to their new location to help me.

Very dirty and run down, staff is doing their best but there are random homeless people hanging around. Plus they kept raising my rent so I moved to a much nicer facility for 1/2 the price.

Worst customer service ever. The manager for some reason had it out for my wife and I. He would make false accusations that we were parking in the lot 3 days at a time. We have been without a light due to an electrical issue having to do with body parts and a unit behind us. Details have not been given as a whole. Just what we piece together when talking to with other guests. Power has been out for almost 3 weeks with. I repair looking to happen in the near future, even though they've had people out repairing various other things throughout the property. Lady thatvworks the desk is rather rude as well. Ive sent email in to corporate office tegardingnournissues. Well see if they respond back
