Our unit got broken into 4 times. They were no help and it was a disaster. We moved into another one outside because it was under a camera and it got broken into as well and our lock was gone and it had a lock that wasn’t ours. This has been the worst experience ever. They stole so many of mine and my familys stuff.

I asked for a 5x5 unit and when I went there, there was what looked like a teenager or young adult woman working as manager. She acted like she didn’t know or care about what she was doing and directed us to where our unit was but poorly. She was there in the office sitting in the office joking around and talking to other teens. Eventually when I found it, we realized that half of the unit was blocked by an air vent and a wall. So I complained to the woman in the office and she said that I specifically chose that unit because I booked it online and that it’s my fault for not coming in and doing it in person. She then said the general manger will contact me soon and see if I can switch if I wanted to and I agreed because she said that she couldn’t do anything and it’s out of her hands. We called four times in a week trying to reach the general manger and the manager kept answering and giving us the run around saying he wasn’t there and that he would call us back. Finally I went in after two weeks and met with the general manager. He had no idea what happened, didn’t know anything about me and he was livid. He said if I got transferred, I’d be billed for how long I’ve had the other unit… the one I still had no access to. So I decided to cancel the unit and close it out because I’m not getting screwed anymore and I went in and took photos of my unit before I left.

It was one of the best experience that I had had in a long time when it came to customer service I was never let down when I came in the computer computers were working and the person who serve me Denise she took my phone number and call me as soon as it was service was up after that she made sure that I was checked in with a receipt and help me open my doors and gave me my locks
