After opening my storage unit, within two or three months my bill went up considerably higher with no notice. So I got the feeling, ok as soonas the customer puts items in his or her unit well up the price. Next for several weeks the entrance gate to enter the storage unit, has been out of service. There answer was to down load the Cube Smart mobile app, and then some how you can use your phone to enter, using the exit gate. Upon loading the app, it would not allow me to sign in, It said if you have or pay your bill using a computer the password should be good, After down loading the app I was never able to get signed in. Even after making several attempts to change my password, I told the sales worker on site about this, he said there has been issues with that as well, but if i come back another day, there is an employee that is good at helping renters

The location had consistent issues throughout our time there. Equipment was constantly broken down, in poor maintenance, and lack of security features. Two rate increases, with one occurring immediately after our unit was broken into was the last straw.

Good customer service. Great pricing on various unit sizes. Access hours were very convenient!

My trailer was broken into and no one even called to apologize or check in with me. The manager said he was new and someone would call me about the break in. No one called. Entry gate never worked the time I stored my trailer. Your company sucks!!!

Never knew what gate to enter or leave, making it very hard to back up a trailer. Heard from other adjacent unit renters that damage was done to their parked RV’s. Made me reconsider to continue to rent space for storage.

Denise and Guy went over and beyond to make sure I got the unit that best served my needs. They’ve got a Super Crew with Denise, Guy and Anthony.

Place is kept clean, plenty of reminders when payment is due or upcoming. I even referred my mom to your storage.

Ms. Erin and the staff were always exceptionally helpful and very friendly. Prices on moving supplies are also very reasonable with a good selection.

Everybody that I dealt with were very polite, very professional. They also answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Cube Smart to anybody that needs storage.
