Only problem i had with CUBE SMART was the $50.00 every 6 months price increase . A loyal customer for 5 years . A new customer will get first month free and 40% off . So I feel like I'm paying more ... to cover your promotions . Is what it is I guess . Playing your game . So now i'm paying half of what i was .. for a 50sqft bigger unit . Cost me a day of moving to another unit . All good , I'm saving $180.00 a month .. for 6 months anyway . Just something for whom it may concern , to think about . Sucks to have to move to another unit when you raise the rent every 6 months ... ended up getting another unit for half the price and first month free for the second time .

I have been with you for over 13 years, with all the rate increases I just had to transfer my unit to get it back down to street value. With loyal customers like myself I think it is a crying shame that you make us finally transfer to another unit just to get the pricing down to affordable again.
