Onsite staff was super friendly and helpful. I really appreciate her help and compassion as I was dealing with an emergency move for a family member with dementia. I forget her name, but really wish I could thank her.Facility configuration and performance was excellent. Loved being able to access main gate and unit with my phone. Very clean and intuitive interface. Very responsive app and unlocking.Will use cubesmart again if I every need another storage unit (I currently have another unit).

The property itself, I give 10 stars. The reason I took away two stars is because of the jump in price that happened out of nowhere which I think is pretty crappy. When you give a price, you should keep the price. I liked the property so much, though I still gave it eight stars.
