I have been with you for over 13 years, with all the rate increases I just had to transfer my unit to get it back down to street value. With loyal customers like myself I think it is a crying shame that you make us finally transfer to another unit just to get the pricing down to affordable again.

Before the price increase, it was an affordable place to put my Storage. I can no longer afford the rent. The staff is excellent with the price I could not afford.

Because all of the managers went above and beyond normal policy and procedures to get my issues resolved to my total satisfaction!
