Hard to get someone on the phone when rates change

The prices are rediculous. Almost never anyone in the office. Flat bed rollers and hand carts used be readily available but now are very hard to find and for the prices you are charging none of this should ever happen. Ive had this storage unit for just about 5 and a half years and the price has gone up over 100%

Matt was very communicative beforehand and helpful when I visited in person. Compared to the CubeSmart on Durango, this location has been much friendlier and nicer to work with.
