The move in process was efficient and the office was very kind and helpful in explaining everything

You promote the security with video cameras, gated entrance, and fencing to park an RV there. We have damage to the outside of the RV clearly caused by people in your lot and we ended it with bullet shots in our windshield. The only thing your manager says is to go through our insurance and that you're not responsible. Hopefully your regional manager is going to take care of this. The RV community always shares where to store the arguments

I wasn't pleased at all of the way things were there at that location. Furthermore, while in the process of removing my belongings--I discovered items missing as well as boxes were moved & arranged differently from where I originally put them when I got the unit. It was clearly apparent someone entered and stole from me.
