The unit was not prepped like it stated.. walls were not clean and there was debris once I opened the door that was already inside

Frequent large rental increases, corresponding with a decline in service. Office not fully staffed. I lost many items due to mice infestation, which your company failed to control. Confiscatory late fees and online payment “convenience” fees added insult to injury your on site systems would go down making online payment the only option, with no ability to waive online payment fees.Unit advertised as “climate controlled, yet Heat, cold and humidity were constant problems.
