It doesn't have an elevator for people

I stored my things there for 2 yrs plus. In all that time the manager Angel went above and beyond. Always reaching out to make sure my payments were made so I didn't lose my things to auction. Always returned my phone calls promptly and Always had the answer to any questions I had. The facility is a little outdated and the elevator out of order many times, but the staff especially the manager made my experience excellent.

Very nice place. Problem was frequent price increases I wasn't able to keep in my budget.

My things got ruined in the storage all the paint and stuff came in from the ceiling and got over everything and the price kept going higher and higher every few months.

Older facility, not very clean

I want your employee Angel at the unit 51 canal Street in Lawrence Mass was very understandable with the unit I got if you had a 12x12 being in the middle he exchanged it to the next unit that was very nice of him very understandable and flowy

At the store unit I go to I went to the guy Angel was very good customer service very polite a very understandable your employee angel with awesome he understood the story and I got was not good it had a 12x12 beam in the middle of the store unit he he exchange it to the next one with no problem
