It was easy to get in and out of my unit whenever I needed to drop in. The storage area felt secure and it was temperature-controlled so that my instruments were kept in good condition. Thank you!

I cancelled my services and moved out before anything was due and yet you’ve tried to charge me over $200 for a storage unit I moved out of and paid in full. Something is wrong with this place

Bad customer service, I was charged late fees after being told more than once that autopay was set up on my account. Unit had a leak and a ton of my stuff has mildew. Very disappointed in the service I received, I wouldn’t recommend CubeSmart to a friend.
