Bad customer service, I was charged late fees after being told more than once that autopay was set up on my account. Unit had a leak and a ton of my stuff has mildew. Very disappointed in the service I received, I wouldn’t recommend CubeSmart to a friend.

The rates went way beyond reasonable, inadequate security (my unit was broken into), rat droppings covered my stuff, and the roads were cleaned by blowing the dirt in under my door, dust covering everything.

The management is hard to deal with. The facility says climate controlled but it isn't.
