She was rude and no conpassion for the disable

Tracey did a great job in getting us setup in our new unit. Personable and knowledgeable.

I paid my money on Monday for my unit. A few hours later I was informed by message that I couldn’t get into my unit for 4 more days due to some electrical malfunction. I was not able to get my things there till the following Sunday. The code wouldn’t work and so we called the emergency number. After 20 min on hold we had to move because a car was coming out. As we drove down the road to turn around we saw another cube smart storage place, this was on the same road. Btw, I’m still on hold….we weren’t told which building to go to and so finally we get to our unit and there’s a zip tie on the lock. I’m still on hold…we weren’t told which building to go to so I was sick of this nonsense so we broke the zip tie so we could get into the unit that I have now had for a week but couldn’t get into. No prorating even though it was their fault either, And, I’m still on hold….so, I assuming this woman was obviously not going to help us so I hung up. I will be looking for another place to take my things. This place is a ripoff anyway, they take your money and then don’t do their job.

I rented it on line early on a Sunday and was able to move items in that same morning! It all went so smoothly, even on an early Sunday morning!

It was easy to reserve the storage space. I really appreciated the follow up phone call from Tracy to make sure I had everything I needed!

Tracy at the front desk was very helpful, showed us the unit, told us about the policies, and walked us through the entire sign up. Very friendly and pleasant to interact with.

Easy fast in no time Everything was completed.

Everything was tip top from beginning to end of my rental! Great staff
