Tracy was very friendly and help. She explained everything to where my storage unit was to how to get in and how to pay my bill. Plus office hours. I left not needing to ask any questions because she had already covered.

Staff treated me well and the storage was sufficient. However, there were repairs that needed done and snow was allowed to pile up in front of storage units so that customers have to shovel it away.

The ladies there were so wonderful and accommodating. Tracy was patient with me when I was debating on which storage unit was best for me. Bailey and Tracy were willing to show me both units considering how blistering cold it was. I was able to make the right decision for my needs. Thank you ladies.

I had the unit for 6 months and the price was first raised 30% then raised 15% after that.

It was easy to get a unit and the people i worked with were courteous and knowledgeable.

Cubesmart in Leola, Pa is a great business to dearly with. Great customer service and makes sure the customer is happy. I would definitely rent from cubesmart again if needed.
