Booking the unit was so quick and easy. The fact that they provide a clean unit and a lock with each rental is amazing. It saved us from having to run to the store when we were already pressed for time.

After 3 months price raised by $50. Moved to another company with a lager unit for cheaper with a locked in price for a year.

Place is always clean and the staff is always courteous but the price changes over the last year or two is why I have to be middle of the road.

You started with a great price then it was raised almost 40%. But was still below only by $10-$15 to some others in same distance.

Horrible experience. When I initially booked, I made it very clear I need easy access as I’ll be loading heavy things into the unit. Upon arrival I see there is a 6” curb leading up to the unit. I immediately let the on site staff know about the issue and ask if there are any other units on site. He says no but offers to put me on a wait list. This was on Wednesday 3/11. He then reaches out on Friday 3/13 to tell me he can switch me to a more suitable unit. I come on site to see the unit and it’s great. He then wants to charge me new insurance, a new admin fee and advises me this unit is not eligible for the first month free promo I had on the unit I was initially stuck in. I hadn’t even moved a single item into my storage and I had literally asked a day prior for a better unit. I cancelled on the spot.

Jason & his team were very friendly & helpful from beginning to end! They made the process easy & painless.

I wouldn't want any of my friends paying high price, prices jumps up every 6 months.
