The employees were pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. Assisting and patient with answering my questions. The unit was reasonably affordable for what I needed. The establishment was well maintained aswell.

My storage unit has a broken pole that is bent and partially covers the entry. I haven't yet had time to address the issue with management. Hopefully it gets resolved.

Staff (Candace) was always very pleasant and helpful. I like the fact that there are cameras all over and the areas are well maintained.Having an app that allows you to gain entry is a big plus, also. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You guys went up a substantia amount ont he rental price without notification,the unit got water damage and nobody said anything about that particular my building flooding when the the river next to unit risesl

You offer a decent "discount" for signing up online and being military, but then just jack the price up every few months to get the price back to the normal price. I went and bought a 20ft enclosed trailer and will be money ahead going that route.
