Easy person on frint office very helpful

All the ladies at the Smart cube in Gales Ferry , CT were helpful and answered all questions. The unit was clean and ready on the day I had requested to move in. Moving out was an easy process.

Absurdly high late fees y'all increase the rent after they lure you in with a decent price employees regularly are not at the office even though they have the open sign on never answer the phone then I get charged late fees even after using autopay and they claim there was no money in my account when there was this is my last straw with CubeSmart will never rent from this company again that comes from a decade of crappy experiences at multiple locations in multiple States ZERO STARS!!!!!!!

Service was great as time went on my price increased and I had a small unit

The cost increased by double the starting rate in the 1+ year I had the unit. For the smallest unit at $149.00 was alot of miney

My storage unit increased $70 in less than one year. I understand that costs increase however that is close to doubling.

Convenience

Be more transparent with your pricing.Significantly Increasing your rent prices after a couple months gives the impression that you only want new short term customers and don’t value longer term, more loyal customers.
