Facility is NOT climate controlled. Many of our items were moldy and ruined. After using the services of this facility many times over a 25 year period, customer service has always been awful. The building we were in at time of move out had an awful smell for years. The staff are happy to harass us but never willing to help us. We always paid rent on time!

The staff there is wonderful and so easy to get in and out of there.
