This facility was always very clean and airtight. No chance of flooding. Temperature controlled too. My only problem was the price which skyrocketed! And charging a service fee of nearly $10!

There was a moth infestation that damaged my upholstered furniture. You raised the rent on my storage unit by over 40% after only 3 months.

Place is always clean. Good office staff. Used same site for 9.5 years and never had any issue with anything ever. Never a problem with access.

Water leakage into the unit, continuous price increases of significant amount, lightbulbs that weren't changed. The people were very pleasant that we dealt with though.

My belongings were kept very well, and there were no problems with the climate control. The only thing I did notice was a lack of lighting in front of my storage unit.
