I had mice damage to my stuffAnd I had the insurance but when I tried to make a claim nobody would help, nobody would answer calls.Then I was told mice are a natural occurrence and not covered .So I had throw away approximately $1000 worth of clothes, mattresses, books and a couch.Just disappointed.

Price increases are a bit high for the space and service level staying the same year to year. Facility is clean and accessible, staff have always been helpful. Flexible billing start dates are helpful too.

The facility was very clean, in a great location, and easy to get access whenever we needed.

Overall experience was good. After being there 15 years with my business, the staff was always helpful when we needed something. That being said, rent went from $215 monthly when we first moved in to almost $700 a month. Though I’m a believer in company loyalty, financially it no longer made since as we moved to a nearby competitor for $400 less monthly. Perhaps customer loyalty should account for something as well.
