Your rates are fair and you don't raise them after three or four months, as one of your competitors do. One suggestion is to have an option to get instructions on how to close a unit on the web app.

The facility was easy to enter/exit and I was really grateful to have a place to put my things during a transition in my life. The people were kind and easy to work with. But I was frustrated and afraid by the time I moved out due to rate increases. In 9 months, my rate raised 3 times, and the final rate I was evaluating was more than double my initial cost. The facility had bugs and broken doors, and there's no justifiable reason that the price should have doubled or more. I thank God that I was able to pull my things out before the cost was unmanageable entirely.
