The only thing that I didn't like about renting a storage unit with CubeSmart was that I only had the unit for about 18 months and my rent was increased TWICE and once you have a unit already you are kind of stuck.

Total ripoff predatory pricing even when shown what market rates are picked ripping me off verses giving a loyal customer value! Bye 👋 never coming back and will spread the word far and wide about your horrible pricing tactics, will never use again! Gigi’s is my new storage space

The constant price increases are way out of control!

Getting the unit couldn’t have been easier. Great price as well. Only complaint is the pavement, there’s a few big dips so even driving slow I could see someone bottoming out pretty easily.

Mice everywhere, poor driveway conditions, and the cost is way more than anywhere. Was priced much lower but the last year and a half you went skyrocket on the costs but did nothing to area to account for it.

It was east and affordable and I was abke to reach someone quickly when I needed help
