When I showed up to rent a unit, the rate I was quoted is NOT what I am paying.The Agent at the front desk in Lemoyne could not locate a rental contract.I was forced to buy insurance, even though I have homeowners insurance that covers this. They could not write the contract, and it could not be removed by doing the application online.There are cockroaches in my unit.The Gate code did not work for at least the first day - nothing worked. Nothing was easy.This has been a terrible experience. I need to post on social media how terrible the experience has been with Cube Smart.

I went to move all my stuff into storage yesterday after confirming over the weekend a lock would in fact be in my unit when I arrive. I rent d a uhaul and had friends there to help and no lock and couldn’t unload things into it.

Friendly, clean and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly to deal with.

Tommy was great with us, patient, informative, pleasant.Only thing I dont like is their policy with re-renting the same unit, that you have to.clean out 1st & put stuff back in to rerent..doesn't make sense to me.
