Tommy at the Lemoyne location is awesome. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Move in was quick and contactless. It was a very easy experience.

You storage place is horrible you do not have good customer service it took your district manager 3 days to call me I asked for a settlement and they gave me a price I couldn’t afford I explained that I am sick with stage 5 kidney failure and I became homeless there was no agreement of what I could afford to save my dead fathers n grandmother stuff I will never recommend CubeSmart to anyone at all

From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I found the best storage solution for my needs.

Rodent problem. Disgusting and should not happen. There were no perishable items in my unit. I had a similar exterior storage unit in Harrisburg and an interior storage unit in Mechanicsburg years ago and never had a rodent problem.I had to walk on rodent waste and touch items with rodent waste in order to remove my items from the unit. I had to wear gloves and a mask -- think Hantavirus. Although I had most items covered with plastic, many had rodent waste on them, and I had to try to clean and disinfect before bringing into my home. I saw customers at a nearby unit, and they said they also had evidence of a rodent problem.Some water entered into back of unit (opposite door) causing a metal shelf to rust.It was a turn-off seeing how you are squeezing in as many new units as the property can hold as I made my way to the unit I shared with rodents. Rent increased about 50% over the approximately one year I was there to ~$150/month. Poor value, and unfortunately, I will not be able to recommend.

When I showed up to rent a unit, the rate I was quoted is NOT what I am paying.The Agent at the front desk in Lemoyne could not locate a rental contract.I was forced to buy insurance, even though I have homeowners insurance that covers this. They could not write the contract, and it could not be removed by doing the application online.There are cockroaches in my unit.The Gate code did not work for at least the first day - nothing worked. Nothing was easy.This has been a terrible experience. I need to post on social media how terrible the experience has been with Cube Smart.
