Was planning on keeping a unit there long term. Don't appreciate creeping the rates up almost double from what it was initially. I guess your procedure is to get people on autopay then jack up the rate.

Code never worked. When we cancelled we were charged another month despite stating 2 weeks early.... And now I have to call again because y'all charged another 25$...office people are never there despite supposed to be.
