The $60 increase in rent was unnecessary and too much. I was paying top dollar in comparison to other like units in the area. I really like your facility but not at that cost.

Everything about this experience was so positive. The guys in the office totally helped me. At 73, this was the first time I rented one of these storage units and had no clue what I was doing. They were extremely helpful and I can relax now.

Was planning on keeping a unit there long term. Don't appreciate creeping the rates up almost double from what it was initially. I guess your procedure is to get people on autopay then jack up the rate.

Code never worked. When we cancelled we were charged another month despite stating 2 weeks early.... And now I have to call again because y'all charged another 25$...office people are never there despite supposed to be.
