Was planning on keeping a unit there long term. Don't appreciate creeping the rates up almost double from what it was initially. I guess your procedure is to get people on autopay then jack up the rate.

Code never worked. When we cancelled we were charged another month despite stating 2 weeks early.... And now I have to call again because y'all charged another 25$...office people are never there despite supposed to be.

Their really helpful and respectful people that work there and the storage units are really nice with decent room in all of them. Their prices ain't to bad either.
