The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. They made the whole process very easy and deserve to have the recognition for the good job they do. Excellent work and great at making sure every question was answered. Especially Natalie was very patient with making sure she explained everything to me and was very helpful to show me how to access the facility and the unit features.
