Kim, the manager is awesome! Friendly, extremely helpful, diligent, and follows through. The Lenoir location is very clean, and is very well balanced with regard to temperature and humidity(I keep a temp/humidistat device in both of our units to record ranges).My only negative comment is that Cubesmart raises the monthly charge annually and by large margins. Example: $55/month to start became $148/month in just three years!!!
