The customer service and professionalism with which our CubeSmart manager (Cory) practiced was outstanding. The unit and facility were clean and served its purpose well. The security system had a little problem for a spell but it was fixed and there were no negative ramifications to my knowledge other than having to use a different door to get to my unit. I would be more likely to recommend Cube Smart to others if it wasn’t so expensive. The monthly rate rose about $46 in just one increase! That’s almost a 25% increase, which is much higher than the average inflation rate!

Clean, well lit, well maintained, friendly staff, feels safe and secure.

It was easy to get a storage unit the same day. They showed me where the elevator I could use and a cart. The person was very helpful and friendly.

Fair price superior service

The price increased by 40% each 6 months. I would not likely suggest anyone I know to use CubeSmart if there will be this level of price increases twice a year. As for the facility --the people I talked to were great, the facility clean and dry. I would have stayed for another year if it were not for these unreasonable price hikes.

Standard price is WAY too high for a garage without lights.

The storage fee increased twice. This current increase thought was way too expensive for what I had.

I rented the storage building in August of 2025 and December 11 Cube smart told me the storage rent was going to increase by 90.00 more per month. I called Cube smart and they told me a computer did this increase to the account and they had no control of the increase. Computers dont control pricing PEOPLE do this. What a bunch of lies from Cube smart. I will document this on Facebook when I have the time.

Amazing price and customer service! Very secure as well. 10/10 will continue to recommend.
