I wanted my storage to be in climate controlled storage. The Manager is very polite, knowledgeable and explained everything to me.

Raised my storage $54 in the last year. Told my sister about it before the 2nd increase of $27. Now paying $164. She got the same size unit and paying $71 a month. Why?

Going from $114 to $170 for the same storage unit in 2 years is ridiculous and I’ve stopped in about 3-4 times in 2 years and the office is always locked and I have to call customer service so they can track someone down or create a ticket for someone to call me.

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean storage space. Had a hard time keeping the door open though.
