Facility has water drainage issues.

The security gate is always broken. We've had multiple vehicles vandalized. It took 3 yrs to get a camera on the back lot (open parking). We have one storage unit that was broken into in April and we are still waiting to hear back from your insurance company. We've been renting multiple parking spaces at this location for approximately 8 yrs. Unfortunately, there's not another storage facility near by that will accommodate our needs and your rates continue to increase.

Instructions were misleading, and staff was not willing to make it right.

At first, we thought we weren't going to be able to use the storage unit that we reserved. We didn't realize the unit was accessed from inside, and we couldn't fit a large sofa down the hallway to get to the unit. We called while sitting in the U-Haul, and they gave us another outside unit immediately - it was great! We have just vacated the unit as we no longer need it, and before I could call to cancel, I received a call from our location saying they noticed the unit was empty and wanted to be sure we had vacated. Really nice to work with an office that cares! I'll recommend this to anyone who asks and will use it again if the need arises.
