- My monthly rate went up unexpectedly from $78 to $98. That's more than a 25% increase.- I used the "Contact Us" feature on the customer portal to message my location on 6/30, to let them know I wanted to terminate my reservation at the end of the billing period. But on 7/14 I was charged again for another month. I called the location. They said (1) they didn't get the message I sent through the portal (we don't know why not); (2) they didn't even know customers could send messages through the portal; and (3) it took a lot of my valuable time to explain the issue and work through the process to get a refund, which I'm still waiting for.

The facility overall needs some updates, such as flooding at the entrance, and the unit numbers aren't visible

I have used the place for years in different units. Always worked well for me. Good location.

Facility has water drainage issues.

The security gate is always broken. We've had multiple vehicles vandalized. It took 3 yrs to get a camera on the back lot (open parking). We have one storage unit that was broken into in April and we are still waiting to hear back from your insurance company. We've been renting multiple parking spaces at this location for approximately 8 yrs. Unfortunately, there's not another storage facility near by that will accommodate our needs and your rates continue to increase.
