The only thing I liked was that it was very close to my house but otherwise, the customer service was terrible, they never answered the phone, and in the office the person in charge never knew anything about anything, the gates were very hard to go up and down, once I asked them to please put oil or lubricant and they never did, for me it was very difficult to go alone and look for something in my unit because it was impossible to upload it easily, my hands got very dirty in the attempt to open and close it, on many occasions the main door was left open resulting in strangers entering without codes to go around the place. And the price of the most expensive I have ever seen for the service they provide.

The reason for this situation, has nothing to do with cubesmart overall. I still rent from cubesmart. The location i moved out of was due to the manger who runs the location. She wasn’t great, we argued multiple times. I asked her to help me and she wouldn’t. I asked to speak to higher up management. She said she would have someone call me never did. I tried for almost a year to resolve the issue but she wouldn’t and i told her if we couldn’t resolve it i would move which I have and found a different business who is handling my storage with my vehicle now.
