Unit and area is clean. Management is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place for storage.

We intended to move to another location on the 2nd day of the month, our rent was automated on the 1st, previous owners had a "Prorated" system, we've paid for an entire month and only used 1 day.Door to the unit, very poor maintenance, very hard to roll up. Manager, 'well that code should work", well it doesn't, oh........ yours's in the old system, not the "new" code type.

I loved the unit. Took forever to get processed into said unit. Like close to an hour? Omg.There appeared to be mouse droppings all over my things, and clothing and bags bitten through. So gross.

Staff is rude

Moving

The entry gate remained broken / malfunctioned for much of my stay. That demonstrated a lack in the first layer of security for months. Where I was placed did not make sense for what I needed. My parking space was P141. I had a 24 foot long trailer, which has to be connected to a pick-up truck or bigger to move it. That is at least 40 feet total of length. I was in a spot that was between a Ford Transit Van and a box truck on both sides of me and directly in front of a storage building. There was NO way for me to maneuver the trailer in my P141 space. I asked to be moved immediately. I was told, since I registered the space online, the wasn't much she could do. I asked again, and she claimed there was some construction on site so space was limited after moving to temporary spot so gravel can be placed in my P141 spot / "mud hole". After the construction and all the back and forth, I was told all of the outdoor spaces were filled and I had to move back into my P141 space. I again stated that I could not fit in that space due to the total length of the truck and trailer combined. Her response, well anything longer than 40 feet should not be on the property anyways. My response: "Ma'am I have been paying for months now. You also walk the property each morning. You know the size of my trailer and if there was a problem with its length, why did not contact me immediately after my move in. This proves that you did not listen to understand me, you listened to respond." I moved that day then officially notified the office of my move before I was charged another month for a space I could not use. I would NEVER refer anyone to this place.

Easy access. Clean and professional

The process was easy. Unit was clean. Details were explained and on-site manager was great.
