Convenient and easy to setup and use.

The key to my unit was mailed to my old address without even contacting me first or getting my permission.I had been able to track the key down with fedex and requested it be sent back.But I was still charged extra for a lock and key.Also the unit I was initially assigned had a door smaller than a standard door for some reason. Too small to fit my washer and dryer. I was switched to a different unit of the same size WITH a standard door size. Somehow I still had to pay all the initial fees again which is twice the price of the actual storage!!

Very flexible and easy to make an arrangement for storage. Decent security and great support from the employees. Storage location was convenient and clean enough for short term storage, so it fulfilled my needs in the given time constraints.

The female ( I apologize I am bad remembering names) has been a pleasure to work with for many years.
