Misleading---forcing you to buy a lock from them, adding insurance cost, increasing rent by over $20 with little warning.

It was always clean. No rodents. Easy access. Convenient. Customer friendly. Issues were resolved in a timely manner. Nice customer service.

Every part of the process from renting, to getting into the unit, to vacating the unit was easy. Justin, the manager of the location, went far abouve and beyond what was expected. I can't say enough positive things about him.My only negative comment was that I received several rates increases in a year. If not for those increases, I would stay be a customer.
